To maintain your Certification Status and prevent model drift, FST Certification Renewal is required annually.  An FST Consultant will review your competency level with the model in these areas:

• Review the FST Model and the five phases.

• How have you been using the FST Model in the past year?*

• What have been your successes and challenges in implementation?

• How can we help you plan for future use of FST to serve families?

 The Renewal Booster is three hours via Zoom.  Upcoming sessions are:

December 18, 2025 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm EST

March 12, 2026 from 10am - 12pm EST

June 23, 2026 from 10am - 12pm EDT
