Are there any live classes?

No, all the course content is self-paced, on-demand learning.  You can choose when and how often you want to work on the course.

What is a Course Module?

The FST Training Course is divided into 10 Modules based on FST Techniques.  Each of the 10 learning modules has three lessons with a video and worksheet download.  Videos can be downloaded along with transcripts and audio.

Each lesson averages 20 minutes.  Videos can be watched one at a time or multiple in a row.  It's your choice.

There are also two bonus modules that offer continuing education.  They offer additional FST techniques to boost your work with families.

What if I forget my password?

Please use the "forget password" link on the login page.  If you are still having challenges, email [email protected].

What if I have questions along the way?

We’ve got lots of places to share and ask questions within the FST Community.  You can post questions in the FST Course platform or ask a question live during FST Coaching.

You can always email us at [email protected].  You are not alone and your questions will help others.

What if I can't finish a module in one week?

If you can’t finish the content in a week, that’s okay.  You will have access to the course materials for six months. You can also download all course materials.

Is Continuing Education offered?

Yes.  As part of the FST Training Course, all modules are approved for continuing education credits through NBCC.  Contact the regulator board in your jurisdiction to determine course approval.

In order to receive CE credit, learners must complete all lessons, the post-test, and the evaluation.  After successful completion of all requirements, learners will be given the opportunity to enter their email address and an electronic certificate will be emailed.

More detailed information on Continuing Education can be found here.
